Solix is an outsourcing firm focusing on state, county, and local government markets. Stenocall was contracted in 2004 to deliver call center services for Solix. The experienced customer service representatives assist callers in determining their eligibility, advising status of application, and assisting them through the application process. The dedicated personnel at Stenocall provide quality customer service in administering our programs. The first contact with Stenocall is the only contact that is needed for our customers.

Ducks Unlimited, a non-profit wetland conservation organization, and Stenocall have been successfully working together since 2002. Stenocall handles overflow calls from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and all calls after hours and on weekends, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Their calls cover a variety of topics, but the majority is related to membership and conservation. Stenocall does an exceptional job of staying abreast of all policies and programs of our organization to service the member in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
